This course is designed to bring about physical and emotional healing, restoration, detoxification and inspiration so that you will be able to rejoice life with a new perspective, feel great and gain motivation for all inner and outer areas your life.
Join us on February 5 to carve out your new cycle and let the coming days reveal themselves!
"Ain’t nothing gonna break my stride...nobody’s gonna slow me down. Oh no, we got to keep on moving!”
And so it goes...that we often go through #life pushing our #boundaries with profound amounts of mental and emotional stress, fighting our biology with manufactured foods from the supermarket (nature does not exist in a supermarket!) and compromising our sleep to get more done in the day. We cater to the #ego in order to have more...(to say we have more?) and lack purpose, living with conditioned beliefs but rarely look beyond the truth of why we get up every morning. We play hard, drinking more alcohol, coffee and eat comfort foods all to keep going and feed our sense of lack. All of this resulting in hormonal imbalances, depleted adrenal glands shallow breathing, a stiff body and digestive issues.
Does this sounds familiar? Is it time you awakened your own loving kindness? Is it time, you honoured your body and time on this earth by cultivating more energy?
On the 9th and 10th of February, 2019, we will examine the physical, emotional and mental factors that lead us to weary. We will explore our purpose, set our boundaries, learn to say no and cultivate more energy for longevity of life. We will also explore gentle movement and breath awareness.

Yoga Alignment Workshop
SATURDAY, 13 OCTOBER 2018 “Why does alignment matter?”
Alignment is important. It keeps the body safe, it allows the energy to flow within the body, and enables us to enjoy our practice with fluidity and ease.
First, let’s define alignment – The precise way in which the body should be positioned in each yoga pose in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the pose and avoid injury. When students and teachers know what they are attempting to accomplish with a given pose, then the proper alignment becomes clear. I believe the "perfect pose is the pose that best suits the needs of the person doing the pose at that moment". Yoga is, after all, a path of self discovery and uncovering. Come join me on the mat for longevity in the practice so that we may all enjoy the journey safely.
