7:00am - 8:15am | VINYASA YOGA FLOW A typical retreat day begins with a pre-breakfast energising and uplifting yoga session to wake you up and get the body moving. 8:15am - 10am | BREAKFAST Breakfast includes fresh local fruits, juices, superfoods smoothie and a range of hot and cold foods.
10:15am - 11:30am | NUTRITION WORKSHOP A health and well-being workshop held by our Holistic Nutritionist aimed at providing you with the knowledge to make positive lifestyle changes. We'll cover how to safely Detox, Manage Your Weight and Hormones and Restore Your Gut Health.
11:30am - 1:00pm | FREE TIME (RELAXATION, MASSAGES, TOURS, NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION) This is your transformational retreat. You can participate in the daily activities as much or as little as you like. During this time, you may choose to relax or book in 60 minutes of bodywork / massage or a 1.5 hour private consultation with our Holistic Nutritionist. Alternatively, you may choose to go on tour!
1:00pm - 2:00pm | LUNCH Lunch will be had either at the resort or at various venues in Ubud.
2:00pm - 3:30pm | FREE TIME (RELAXATION, MASSAGES, TOURS, NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION) With deep changes taking place on all levels, most of our clients find that they need more rest than usual. You may want to walk the street of Ubud, read a book, make the most of the resorts facilities or simply take in the sun.
3:30pm - 4:30pm | LIFE COACHING We believe that you have the power to create the life that you desire, whatever your background, race, gender or current financial position! We help you transform how you see yourself and your possibilities. Our retreat provides a supportive environment in which your are able to gain better self-awareness away from the pressures of daily life influences. Professionals who work within hectic corporate environments, individuals coping with personal stress and issues, and men and women experiencing health-related problems will all benefit from spending time in a tranquil setting that supports the mind as well as the body.
4:30pm - 5:30pm | YIN YOGA The practice of Yin Yoga trains us in the habit of slowing down, paying attention and listening. Listening to our body, to our mind, to the soothing sound of the breath. Yin goes hand in hand with the practice of mindfulness and helps to fine-tune the various skills that bring us back to the here and now.
5:30pm - 6:00pm | MEDITATION Guided group mindfulness meditation in the late afternoon.
7:30pm - Onwards | DINNER Dinner will be had either at the resort or at various venues in Ubud.

We respect that you may choose to unwind with some downtime by the pool or explore all that Bali has to offer however we ask that all participants consider attending the yoga classes.
